These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking a service or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided Stimson Industries LLC offers professional mobile detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, waxing, headlight restoration, and engine bay cleaning. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition, location, and weather.

2. Booking and Payment All bookings must be confirmed via our website, social media, or direct communication. A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and other approved digital platforms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may result in loss of deposit or a charge for future services.

4. Customer Responsibilities The customer must provide access to the vehicle and a safe, legal location for detailing. Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service. We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.

5. Service Limitations Stimson Industries LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak clear coats, worn interiors, or defects uncovered during the cleaning process. While we strive for perfection, some stains or imperfections may be permanent or require additional treatments not covered in the base package.

6. Liability We carry insurance for damages caused by our staff during service. Stimson Industries LLC is not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing service.

7. Intellectual Property All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials—including text, images, logos, and videos—is the property of Stimson Industries LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
